Option to disable AI Xpath service

Post by jeff_hooker »

Hi folks,
I've used the AI xpath feature in my XSLT to find register information stored unreliably in semi-structured XML topics so that I can convert them to specialized register topics using the Oxygen refactoring feature. In testing it works very impressively. When I run it on a large folder of XML files I get warnings that I'm exceeding the configured number of queries to the AI service and asking if I want to disable it.
The obvious answer is no, I don't want to disable it, but I also want to understand why it's important that I consider disabling it.
I found this: https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/ug-positr ... ences.html
But it only tells me how, not why.
I'm running the service against our own internal LLM, so it's not a cost thing for me; is that the reason that it's possible to configure a limit?
Thanks,
Jeff.

Hi Jeff,
Could you upload a screenshot showing the exact error message you see on your side? We need to determine if Oxygen issues that error message or the LLM. As far as I know Oxygen should not issue such a message. Maybe the LLM server itself running on your side has certain limitations?

Radu
