Zendesk Plugin uploading with media

Hi,
When Zendesk DITA-OT plugin uploads the contents to Zendesk as article, are DITA referenced medias(graphics) in maps or topics also upload to Zendesk?
And then, the place the media uploaded are same as the articles are?

Sorry for a very basic question, but we're not familiar with Zendesk.

Hi Tatsuro,
We use the Zendesk SDK to upload each topic converted to HTML as an article and for each article we try to upload referenced resources like images as attachments to the article. Images are added for example as inline attachments, otherwise they would appear also as downloadable resources at the end of the viewed article.
