We have a user who have slow bandwidth and can not reach oxygen licence server.
Can you tell me what is the timeout of the oxygen licence server?
Have you any recommandation about minimal bandwidth to reach oxygen licence server?

Hello,

The timeout of the license server connection is two minutes. The problem is unlikely to be the low bandwidth, but the user may have a connectivity problem.
What is the actual issue (error) the user is experiencing?
